We've been hard at work on Lord of the Chords! We're working full time on this after all. If some of you didn't know, we're actually engineering university students who have taken a gap year to focus on all of this (:
Please look out for the pledge manager survey email that will sent out next Wednesday!
Some updates:
We wanted to throw in more new ideas for you, and we have! We spent hours racking our brains to come up with a system where one player's chord can resolve another player's chord for extra points! 2 points for perfect and plagal candences, 1 point for imperfect cadences, and deceptive cadences set everyone back 1 point! Everything is subject to change, but even at a preliminary testing phase, it was pretty fun! (and super intense)
We're also working in more composer puns with cool musical effects, while maintaining game balance as much as we can.
It's still imperfect, but it can be resolved ;)
Here are some designs for note skins that we've been improving on! We've also settled on a sleeve design, but nothing's final yet. Solfege etc. to be added in later
Thank you so much for bach-ing our efforts to accelerando music education!
